Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products being digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded as it is not possible to retrieve the product once it has been downloaded.

However, we understand that mistakes can happen. Refunds will only be granted in the following specific circumstance:
Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, you are eligible for a refund for the duplicate purchase.

Refund Timeframe

Refund requests for duplicate purchases must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a duplicate purchase, please contact us at carina@paletteplates.com with the following information:

Your order number.
The email address used for the purchase.
A copy of your purchase receipt.

We will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 5–7 business days.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through your original payment method via **PayPal**.
Please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in your account will depend on PayPal’s processing time.

Non-Refundable Items

All digital products are non-refundable unless it is a duplicate purchase as outlined above.
Refunds will not be provided for any other reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind.
Incorrect purchase.
Failure to download or access the product after purchase.
